    Default Fingerprint reader problem

    Hey i m using nc6400 hp compaq..... my prob is that my fingerprint reader drivers are working fine but i can see the program in control panel. that how can i use i cant see the prog.... I have properly installed its official drivers....
    i have uploaded 2 pics... one shows the driver is installed and other show whaat happen when i update
