internet ping problem

Dear experts,

main cable net use ker raha hon last 3 months say but last month sa prob main hon main na window b new install ki per phir b prob ae rahi ha
net chal to raha ha but browsing or youtube per bufering kum ae rahi ha idm per transfer rate shahi ae raha ha 80 to 110 kb tuk cable net walo na jo teen link per ping de to
ping -t 198.168.1.1
is sa request time out ka reply aya
ping -t 198.168.2.1
is sa b request time out ka reply aya
ping -t 198.168.9.1
is link sa ya reply ae raha ha
reply from 64.119.216.225: destination net unreachable.
or 10 ya 15 reply ka bad request time out ae raha ha.
ping yahoo.com -t
is per check kiya to bytes time ttl sub si bata raha ha but thora time sa request time out da raha ha
plz batain kiya problem ha kiya winsow again karoen

bhai same yehi problem mere saath bhi hoti main kuch download karta hun to request time continue hoti jati hai per downloading to hoti hai ye kya masla hai

connector to dono side ka change kerdya fresh window again ki ha net wast so theak chal raha ha but ping main problem ha

then write there "ping 192.168.1.1"
iss se ap apne ping k reply check ker sakty hain.
