Skill development council ka review chahiye?

Mujhe skill development council k bare mein review lena he. mein chah raha hoon k is idaare se autocad 2d/3d or dusre course like pro-e, ansys etc wagera seeekh loon. agar koi bhai yahan se seekh chuka he or training le chuka he to plz mujhe batae k ye institute kesa sikhata he. yani achi tarah students ko deal karte hein, or bhut achi training dete hein ya just time pas khana puri only???? kindly apne apne experiences share karen plz...
