Assalam O Alaikum!

me jab word ki file ko open krta hoon to open hony se pehly diaglog box atta ha."file conversion Encoding Diaglog box" os me muktalif options hain(ASCII, Plain Text, Unicode etc), lakin kisi ko be select karny se file open nahi hoti. office xp use kr raha hoon. temporary file se be doc file open nahi ho rahi. yeh error windows format krnay ka baad aye ha.tmam word file ka sath yah problem ha.

would u plz help me. it contains very important data.
