    1..ms word mai eik assignment mai ist 5 pages ko page no i,ii,iii,iv,v dena hai our aglao ko 1,2,3,4,5.. lakin nai ho raha muj say.agar i,ii wala pattern rakho tu saray pages mai esi tarah ata hai.same 1,2,3 walaa rakho tu har page mai aisa apply hota hai.
    2..esi tara header footer be kuch pages mai rahkna hai our kuch mai nai.eik say dlt karo tu sub say dlt ho jata hai.our rakho tu sub mai a jata hai.
    3.pages ko ms word mai move kaisay kiya jata hai.like page 3 ko 7 page mai lay kar jana hai our 7 ko 3 per tu kaisay ho ga?
    4.list of contents,list of tables kaisay banatay hai ms word mai
    our be koi problems huay to esi thread mai edit kar kay batao ge.

    Page No ky lye ap ko Page Break ke option
    use krni pary ge next page py jany ky lye
    agr ap enter sy jati ha tu
    phr mushkil ho jaye ga

    Answer: Is k liye ap ko Section Break ki command use karni parhy gi. Section break se ap apny documents ko logically sections me divide kr dety hain, us k baad ap har section ki numbering alehda se customize kar sakty hain.
    Procedure:
    Apna cursor us page pe le jayen jahan tk ap ne Roman i, ii, ii me numbering karni hai jesy ap ne kaha v tk karni hai tu apna cursor 5th Page pe le jayen.
    Insert ---> Break ---> Section Break type me se Continues select kar k ok kar den.
    Ab ap ka document 2 sections me break ho gya hoga, koi change nazar nai aye gi ap ko samne, sirf ap k status bar pe Sec 1 likha nazar aye ga, aur jb ap dusry section me jayen ge tu sec 2 likha nazar aye ga.
    Ab section 1 k kisi b page pe aa jayen aur Insert --> Page Number pe click kar k apni marzi ki numbering format apply karen tu yeh ap k puray document pe numbering apply ho jaye gi.
    Ab second Section k kisi b page pe ayen aur dobara se insert me ja k page numbers apply karen, ab number ki format dusri rakhen jo ap baqi k pages k liye rakhna chahty hain. Aur Continue from previous section ki bajaye Start At 1 select karen. Aur Ok kar den.
    Apka Numbering wala masla hal ho jaye ga insha Allah.
    Koi baat samjh na ayi ho tu puch len. Abi jaldi me hun warna screenshots ki madad se samjhata.

    2..esi tara header footer be kuch pages mai rahkna hai our kuch mai nai.eik say dlt karo tu sub say dlt ho jata hai.our rakho tu sub mai a jata hai.

    Is k liye b ap apny document ko sections me divide kar lo, phr us k baad Header and Footer apply karen.
    Karna yeh ho ga k Section one k Header me jo likhna hai wo likhne k baad ap section 2 k header me jayen, Header and Footer toolbar pe aik option hogi Same as Previous, us ko disable kar k section 2 k header me jo likhna hai wo likh len ya agar empty chorna hai tu empty chorh den. Isi tarah ap multiple sections bana k har section k liye different Header and Footer rakh sakte hain.

    Hope k samjh aa gai ho gi apko.

    3.pages ko ms word mai move kaisay kiya jata hai.like page 3 ko 7 page mai lay kar jana hai our 7 ko 3 per tu kaisay ho ga?

    Word me is kaam k liye koi khas tariqa nai hai.
    Is ka aasan tariqa yeh ho ga k:
    Apna cursor Page 3 k top pe le k jayen, Ctrl+Enter Press karen ya Insert --> Break --> Page Break is se Page 3 pe jo kuch tha wo sab Page 4 pe chala jaye ga aur Page 3 apko blank mil jaye ga. Ab Page 7 se sb kuch select kar k Cut karen aur Page 3 jo k blank hai us me aa k Paste kar den. Apka Page 7 empty ho jaye ga aur Page 7 se sb kuch Page 3 pe aa jaye ga. Ab Page 4 jo k pehle Page 3 tha us se sb kuch select kar k Cut karen aur Page 7 pe ja k paste kar den. Is tarah aap ka page 3 wala text page 7 pe move ho jaye ga.

    4.list of contents,list of tables kaisay banatay hai ms word mai

    Is k different ways hain. Agar ap ne apne documents me Headings ko Heading style me rakha hai tu us ka tariq boht asaan hai:

    Sb se pehle cursor wahan rakhne jahan ap ne Table of Contents add karna hai. us k bad
    Insert --> Reference --> Index and Tables --> Table of Contents select karne, agar us ki mazid setting karna chahte hain tu kar len otherwise sirf OK press kar den.

    Ap k documents me jitni b headings hon gi wo sari Table of Contents me aa jayen gi aur Sath Page Number b likha aa jaye ga. Agar aap k documents me Heading style nai hai tu us k liye tariqa thora different hai. Agar is tariqay se na ho tu batayen phr ap ko dusra tariqa bata dun ga.

    Kawish1 point 1,2 tu clear ho gay hai.point 3 ka yeh method mujay pata tha.mai samji maybe koi our method be ho..point 4 mai problem hai.main headings be hai our os ke sub headings be.main headings jo hai srif un ko alag kar kay list of contents mai rakna hai.our phir eni main headings +sub headings ko list of tables mai rakna hai.

    Mujhy ap ka question ziada clear nai hai. Jo main samjha hun us k mutabiq batata hun apko.

    Ap ne karna yeh hai k apni Headings ko Heading styles proper dene hain. Main headings ko Heading1 style, Sub headings ko Heading2 Style, Sub-Subheadings ko Heading3 style and so on....
    Agar apka document is proper formatting me hai tu apko TOC banane me koi problem pesh nai aye gi.
    Table of Content banane ka tariqa woi hoga sirf aik change karni ho gi us me.
    Insert --> Reference --> Index and Tables --> Table of Contents
    Yahan ap ne Show Level ko 1 pe rakhna hai, Is se ap ki sirf Main headings Table of Contents me add hon gi.

    Mujhe aap k question me List of Tables ki samjh nai aa rahi k is se aap ki kya murad hai. Kya aap k document me Tables hain jin ki list add karni hai ap ne? Ya Headings aur Sub Headings ki alehda Table of Content banani hai.
    Yeh clear kar den phr shayad apki help kar sakun. Ho saky tu apna document attach kar den, ta k main dekh k idea laga sakun.
