    Unhappy Help needed related to MS WORD

    Assalam o Alaikum
    Mre pc main MS WORD ki jitni bhi purani files thi wo corrupt hogai hyn or jb bhi main open krti hn tu ajeeb se characters show hoty hyn can anyone guide me how to open those files??

    me ny MS Office reinstall kiya or window b reinstall ki pr woh files nhi open hoi
