1. Turn off system restore by right-clicking on ‘My Computer’-> properties
-> system restore and tick ‘turn off system restore on all drives’. Click
apply and click ok.

4. Reboot your PC and see if the message comes back.
5. If it does, try to use the file again in safe mode. (Some complex
anti-virus software will block changes to registry)
