Ager aap ka problem abhi tak solve nahi howa to aap aisa keren k CPU ki power cable nikal ker, HDD ki Data Bus, Power cable jo power supply say aa rahi hia is ko remover ker ky dobara theek ker k lagain, is k baad ram ko nikalean ram ko saf ker k dobara laga den. Ab aap aisa kerain k Apna System dobara restart ker k dekhain ab kia howa,

if u facing the problem now also, then u should insert boot able CD in the DC room, System restart kero.
Issy CD room say boot kerwa ker apni C ko formate ker lo. aur new Window Install ker loo.
Only formate C. Q k aap ki dosri Drives k Per App ka Data hoga jo k formate kerny per deffinately remove ho jay ga,
