1) Log into your Hotmail email account with your username and password. Navigate to your Inbox.

2) Click the "Options" tab in the upper right corner and then click "More Options." Click "Junk Email" and then click "Safe and Blocked Senders."

3) Click "Blocked Senders" to manage your list of blocked senders (emails you do not want to receive).

4) Enter an email address into the empty field and click "Add to List." This will add the sender to the list of blocked senders and all emails you receive from this sender will automatically be deleted.
