My site not showing properly in google search

sir jab b me google search me site technotrait likh kar search karta hu to ye proper search nahe show karta,mere site ******** april 2011 se on air he aur ye masla mujhe pichle 15 dino se hai,me ne header.php me meta tag,desription sab kuch add kia hai,,magar koi faraq nahe para,kindly solve my problem.
