need urgent help please

Salam to all my friends

Friends I need DSL connection and I apply on 1236
But the man here in charge of DSL has some personal problem with me he say you will not get connection in my stay here as a in charge of DSL SDO is also with him because they demand RS 700 as a sweet and I was ready to pay this also. I so many time complain on phone No. 1236 but no response please help me what should I do now to get connection

After Applying what did 1236 replied?
If you have any problem with that person then you should apply for new connection and be the admin of that connection donot share connection with others
