XP Windows System Auto Restart Virus... How to disable and remove....

I am using windows xp. Last night, i have downloaded a file and along with this file, my system restarts automatically. Mainay pehlay b is masslay ka solution yaheen say pooocha tha magar ab bhool gaya hoon... please tell me if any one knows.....

سب سے پہلے انٹرنیٹ کنیکشن بند کر دیں۔

پھر رن میں جا کر
Shutdown –a
لکھ کر
enter
دبا دیں۔
پھر کسی اینتٹی وائرس سے سسٹم سکین کر لیں۔
اور انٹرنیٹ کا استعمال شروع کر لیں۔
