3 Writen and is kay ilwa speaking and listening non verbal communication ki three types hoti hain...
1 body language
2 Gesture(facial expresion)
3 posture(body movement)
basic selling skills ka ik formula hota hay jesay 'AIDDA' kaha jata hay

D:develop desire/state the featureses and benefits to the customer
D:reach decesion
A:request action
