u wnt need any software...
go to show all connections->right click on ur internet connection->click properties->
now in the list,select Internet protocol(TCP/IP)->then press properties->now click use the follwing ip address. the type in the IP address of any country u want. IP address of pak start from 192
in type in 192.168.1.0 in all the boxes

yr maine b yehi kara hai jo video mai hai but ip change nahi hoti hai net usi ip pe chalta hai jis pe chal raha hai default pe

ye tariqa koi tariqa nahi hia..aur Pakistan ki ip 192 se start nahi hoti...ye kabhi 32.x.x.x hoti hai aur kabh 234. se start hoti hia....ip mostly change hoti rehti hai jb tk koi special case ma static IP na li ho...aur ye method ip change k LAN k hai WAN k nahi...WAN ki ip matter karti hai browsing karte LAN ki nahi...aur na aisa kabhi howa hai...jo method tum na yahan share kiya hai.....

use software platinum ip with firefox but first install firefox plugin for Platinum IP or use ultrasurf....

IP Change karne ke kayi Tarike hote hen, for instance IP Changer Softwares jo Selected Countries ki IP Change kara dete hen yan Proxies jis men kisi Country ki IP aor Port use kiya jaata hai yan VPN jis se pure System ki IP tabdeel hojaati hai, etc etc....
