I need help about book publishing about html,css,etc

Dear ITD Members I want to write a book on Computer Web Designing and Programing Language,I have good command over HTML,CSS,JavaScript,PHP and MySQl,

Currently I want to write book on html and css combine In URDU.

Now here is what I want to ask,I want to know, "how to publish this book?".

I can write book by myself in INPAGE.

I want to know

1.What I have to pay for publishing of this book?
2.What I get after publishing of this book.
3.What is procedure of Publishing a book and what is requirement for publishing a book.

I am a student of FSC, Pre Engineering 2nd Year,I also own 1 website completely designed and written by me.

An excellent approach of mind but at this stage I will strongly recommend you that postpone your idea....this is not good at this stage...I am not degrading you but at this stage lies your future. So first make your future strong and then write as many books as you want....I also thought of writing a book on Adobe Photoshop from beginner to expert level in urdu for Pakistani's but my teachers stopped and told me this reason and today I am in BS CS and I feel like that it was a perfect decision of not writing a book because mind will get separated and concentration from my studies will be disturbed....that's why...so fulfill your idea/dream after securing your future.
