How To Avoid Net Disconnection

My Problem Is That My Net Connection Automatically Disconnects From Internet After Few Minutes,net Speed Is Almost 52 Kbps ,but Net Disconnects After 15 Or 20 Minutes,there Is No Noise In The Line,but Net Disconnects,
Plz Help Me Soon,

line maen raabta kerain ... DP ... Local Pair say lay ker ap kay system tak anay wali taar (wire) maen koi be joor/joint na ho.

aur baaz okaat nakis...sasti companies kay cards use kerany say be yeh problem aa jati hay...keun kay ISP's walay khud say jub traffic control naahi ker saktay tou automatice IP address changer kay zeray say apna IP change kertay hain hain jess say user DC ho jata hay.
