    Default ***.Jpeg into .Docx ***

    How do you convert a .JPEG file format into a .DOCX format file? (ie, Convert an image of a paper document into a text-editable Word document? I guess that OCR should be used - but how???) Use English please. I'm using Microsoft Word 2007 and Windows 7. 14-2-2012.

    OCR only work on tiff image...not jpeg...
