an error in start up

Brother its look like ye windows ka issue hai.. simple agr aap ki windows XP hai toh first cdrom mai windows xp ki CD lagain jis cd se ap ne instalation ki hai (lazmii vo he cd hona zarori...hai) then

command prompt mai jao

start
run type "cmd" enter
(phr ye command type karin) sfc /scannow (enter)

it will repair all of the error in GUI mode....
