Performing a soft reset:-
(1) press the batteery dor release button and side the battery door downward to remove it from you treo
(2)us the stylus tip to gently press the button on the back of your treo.


Performing a hard reset:-


(1) while pressing and holding power/end button use the tip of the stylus to gently press the reset button on the back of your trea.
(2) continue pressing and holding power/end button first thee palmone logo appers with a progress bar and than the circular palm powered logo appears when the circular palm bar and than the circular palm powered logo appears.when the circular palm powered logo appears press up' to confirmation the hard reset.
(3) if a language selection screen appears, select the language you selected for your desktop software.


Replacing the battery:


replace your battery
(!)press power end button to turn off the screen
(2)press the battery door release button and slide the battery door doenword to remove it from your trea
(3) place a finger inthe notch between the styler and the battery and lift the battery up at a 45 degree angle
(4) insert the battery into 45 degreee angle pressing into place slide the battery door onto the back of the phone until it click into place
(5)wait for your treo to turn on then enable the network time or set the data and timne when promted
