My question is i want to buy second hand laptop from abroad through shipping can any one tell me the process how i can purchase and then how custom related issue can be slove where from i purchse these laptop fron abroad

Online Shops se nahi milate hain is tarah 2nd Hand Cheezain...they are almost selling only new and packed items so if you want to buy 2nd hand then you can visit, Blue Area, Islamabad or Dubai plaza in Rawalpindi and Hafiz Center in Lahore these are the 2 places where I have visited and I know personally...here you can buy 2nd hand laptops...

Dear used laptops are available in all major cities of Pakistan at a much cheaper and reasonable price then that of international busying and selling sites.... I wonder what have made you to ask such an question, if you wander a bit in your local market and compare with those used laptop prices that offer around the world, you will see how cheaply you can buy a good used laptop in your budget....

But if there is some other reason like for business purpose you wana buy used or refurbished laptops internationally, then the first and important procedure is that you must have a Credit Card or Visa card to make transaction, while terms & conditions and FOB and FOL prices can be negotiated as desired by you with the vender...
