i think us kay ap ka apna account hona chaheye jis main viewer ki tadaad minimum 100000 honi chahye tab ja kar ap long videos upload kar saktay hoo.... ( as far as i know )

Youtube pa Long Duration ki film dakhnye k leye app k account 3 months old hoo or app ko koe steak na mili hoo youtube walon ki traf sa
steak means k app koe copyright song mat post karoo. agr wo song kesi company na claim kr dia tu app ko ek negative steak mil jaye gi. so don't share any copyright song or film.

Just confirm your account through your cellphone your account will be unlock and you can upload videos of more than 15 min length. I didn't have 5000 views but unlocked my account using my cellphone. I cam across the option while I was uploading. There was a blue bar which says You can upload video up-to 15 length. Click here for more help then they redirected to help page and I got the link for it.
