Excel Sheet Making problem

Assalam o alikum

Mary pass aik excel ke file ha jis ka data orignal 750kb tha lakin jab ma ny dosary computer sy copy kr k apny computer ma past ke to ya 0kb data show kar rahi ha . or jab open karta hon to format change ka option ata ha jo kuch is tara sy ha.
"Excel cann't open the file because file format is not valid"

ager koe is ka hal janta ha to kindly mujy batay.

Excel 2001 ki file excel 2007 mai open nahi hoti
Check The Extensions
