Linux is an opensource and anyone who knows kernel and bash scripting can moderate or edit the source code and create it's own operating system this is a legal way and this os is a modified version of Ubuntu OS. While Ubuntu is a modified GUI version of unix.
that's why i was looking for more info about that op system.
