Main Jail Department kay Budget Section main as a Computer Operator kaam kar raha hoon. Mujhe excel main budget kay andraj kay doran kuch mushkilat ka samna hai. Jaisa kay hum har saal july main apni tamam mutalqa jailon ko budget taqseem kartay hain jis ka andraj hum “Budge 2011-12” main kartay hain or baad main agar koi jail mazeed budget mangay to ous ka andraj hum “Additional Budget” kay column main kartay hain.
Baaz oqaat aisa hota hai ke kaye jailain aik Object main 2 say 3 mah kay waqfay say 3 say 4 martba budget mangti hain.
Pehli martba budget mangnay par ous ka andraj “Additional Budget” kay column main kiya jata hai or dusri martba budget mangnay par pehlay say diye gaye budget main izafi budget ko jama kar ke “Additional Budget” kay column main likha jata hai jis ke liye hum aik khali cell main pehlay wala budget likh kar naya budget neechay likh kar jama kar kay ous ka jawab “Additional Budget” kay column main paste kar daitay hain. Main yeh chahta hoon kay mujhe pehlay se diye gaye budget ko khali cell main likhne ki bijaye ousi cell main jama karne ki option zahir ho jaye or sath main comments dene ki option bhi aa jaye ke yeh budget kis letter or kis tareekh ko diya gaya hai. Samjhane ke liye excel ki aik file attach kar raha hoon.
