Problems in Kaspersky 2012

how r all of you...

Again... i m in trouble. I am using Kaspersky antivirus 2012 edition. I have purchased this edition from a local market with a genuine edition. Although, it is working perfectly but i m facing some problems, when i want to scan some external or local drives. Not any icons are significantly shown, by showing the process what is happening. Even i cant see what is happening to the drives. Whether, there are any virus or not. So it is a big problem, i m facing. In fact, it is not as much perfect as i was thinking. I have used the older versions of Kaspersky but never find any sort of problem.

If needed i can upload some snapshots of the problem i m facing....

aap isko un install kr k isko again install krlo agar masla same rha tu avast install kr k check krlo mere khyal sy ap k system may virus hy jiski wjah sy antivirus kam nhi kr rha hy...

Dear aggar avast he install kerna tha to phir Kaspersky 2200/- ka khareednay ka kya faa'idaa huaa...... Register version ka yahee benifit hai k koi tension naheen hoti....

3 times windows install ho chuki hai... full format b ker chuka hoon hard disk... with partition remove but same issue....

or windows ki cd change kr k check kia hy?

you have mentioned that you have formated the partition. can u access your partition by double click or through windows explorer? i mean when u attempt to access your partition does it throw an error that your partition is not formated? or something similar with it?
