Is tarah games code karna assan ha itna mushkil nahi hia. This can be easily coded in C++ with using SDK's provided free of cost by Microsoft called, Microsoft XNA Studio 4.0 you can use it with Visual Studio 2008/2010 and can easily develop games or you can use GameMaker Pro 8.0 or HTML GameMaker is another choice. Common thing and inshort you have to know any Programming Language. For XNA C# or C++ is requirement. Without it you can't create games.
