Application kis type ki hai? Windows 7 support karti hai? Vb 6.0 bht old language ha. Alternate to is k ye ha k is ko Web Application pe convert karwaya jayae...ye phr apne SQL Server 2000 ko live karnae ki zarorurat hi nahi ap dosri city ma b sql server install karo aur wahan b har pc pe wo software install kar do jo ap k ha aur phr....udr wale office k backup lo sql server 2000 ma ja kae...and backup k waqt destination apne server k dae do bad ma jb backup ho jayae roz k roz to CD pe write kar k safe jaga rakh do that's it no need for any static ip or vpn etc. this is the simplest solution.
