for the first time iam asking some my genuine problem, hopefully you will guide me in detail, and sorry my urdu is very weak to write in roman style,thats why iam writing in english please ignore it

My Problem:--I have a personal web site of islamic information www.prayofpeace.com here i want to add my clients data on the web, means when my client enter his or her id then he will get all the personal information

Now guide me in which format i will design all the data and how and where i will load that in the web control pannel, and how i will make security means no any one see the other info,
