I Need Your Help!

Assalamu Alaikum FriendZ
Actually, I m facing of a big Problem.. i m going to define it in detailz,
before yesterday night, Some one invited me to Access his pc by network(i have cable net) and when i opend his ip, then i realised that there something installing in my pc. so i turned off my pc Directly, and when i Restart my pc then i could not open any thing in my pc, no DAta no songz, and it gives the ERror "Access Denied Error".
aik kisim ki protection hogai hay SAray data per, mainay Xp k tamam toools ko use karkay koshish ki but koi file Read nahi horai hay na open horahi hay, or Folderz and files Green colourz main show horahe hain, i have installed a new Windowz Xp but same probelm!
and onething more , i have NTFS partitionZ...
so i need help of your pppl plz guide me, i have very importent Projects in my Hard Drive and i don't wanna lose them!!!

do hal hain,
pehla yeh hain Windows XP ko Safe mode main start karain aur phir Start->Run-> Regedit yani Registry Editor ko run karain
is key par HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run
jo jo extra lines hain, un lines ko bhi delete kar dain aur lines main jo program jis location par dia gaya hay us ko bhi wahan say delete kardain.

New Trojan .. .. C:\Windows\system32\wintroj.exe

Key main say yeh line bhi delete kardain aur C:\Windows\system32 kay folder say wintroj.exe ko bhi delete kardain.

is process ko tama ghair zaroori entries par dohrain aur system restart kardain.

Is say aap kay Pc say taman trojan khatam ho jain gay. Agar is kay bawajood file par ACCESS Denied aata hai to , Administrator account say login hokar, tamam folders ko select karkay, Rights properties main jakar, all access allow kardain

Finaly agar phir bhi naheen hota to DOS say system boot karain phir PQMagic say apni NTFS partition for FAT32 main convert kar lain. is process say aap ka data mehfooz rahay ga magar us par tamam security options khatam ho jain gay.
