Unable to delete a video file.

Assalam o Alaykum....

Kuch arsa pehlay mainay aik video file torrent say download ke. Download complete honay k baad mainay torrent software say is file ka torrent delete ker diya. Magar yeh file na to delete hoti hai or na he open hoti hai. Mainay her mumkim koshish ke is ko delete kernay ke. Yahaan tak k safe mode mein ja ker b issay delete kernay ke koshish ke magar phir b same yahee error day rahi hai. Aap loagon ke aasaani k leay main is sub process ko b upload ker raha hoon. Meharbaani farma k mujhay koi idea dain k yeh kaysay delete hogi. Task manager say b mainay divx player ko nikaal k daikh liya magar phir b koi farq naheen para...
