    Default Using uTorrent while Using a Proxy Server for LAN

    Asalamoalikum all..
    Hope u all are fine
    I am using internet in my university through Wifi, but there, I cant download by uTorrent. In the attached picture, in university, I have to use a proxy server if I want to use university's internet, and when I use that proxy server, uTorrent stops downloading. Please help me and tell me how to use and dowbload with uTorrent with using a proxy server. University administration blocked uTorrent.
