icons not showing in win xp

mje ap experts ki madad chaheye .. 2 din pehle maine apne pc ki screen resolution change kiya tha to screen blank ho gai maine restart kiya to win start hone ki awaz b i aur screen b agai but koi b icon show nai ho raha tha . amaine apna pc dusri lcd se laga ya to waha icon show ho rhe the aur sb thk tha but meri lcd main icon show nai hor he aur na taskbar .. maine win karne ki b koshish ki but wo .sys la error de deta h blue screen par . i have hp system p4

Aap Ek Kaam Karein apne system ko apni lcd pe attech karke safe mode pe chalayein fir uske graphics pixle ka size 1024by768 pixles kar de fir ek baar restart karke dekhen

i think resolution problm hi hai
ap win start hone se phale f8 k button press karte jai.. iz se win start hone se phale aik lisht aa jai ge, ap us me safe mode me jai, if safe mode on hova n icons aa gy to ap safe mode me control penal me ja kar aik new user account banai, pher system restart karay, n jow new user account banaya hai us k through login ho win me.
Umeed ha problm solve ho jai ga.
