[Help needed] Windows 7 filesizelimit issue

Dosto mujhe yeh error mil raha hai jub bhi main koi file download karne ki koshish karta hoon jo ke 4GB sei ziada barri hoti hai,

Error code :

Error 0x800700DF: The file size exceeds the limit allowed and cannot be saved

Yeh error aata hai main nei sub tricks try kar leen hai,

Tricks i used are shown below and they are not working :

FileSizeLimitInBytes is set to 5000000 which limits your download so just set it to maximum! (this is client side btw on windows 7)
 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WebClient\Parameters
Right click on the FileSizeLimitInBytes and click Modify
Click on Decimal
In the Value data box, type 4294967295, and then click OK. Note this sets the maximum you can download from the Webdav to 4 gig at one time, I haven’t figured out how to make it unlimited so if you want to download more you need to split it up.

Upar dikhai gae trick work nahi karti hai , so mujhe kia chaheye woh yeh hai kei kia koi tareeqa hai jiss ke tahat main filesizelimit to unlimited kar doon.

Problem solved - just needed to format the partition from FAT32 to NTFS, and problem solved.
