Mujhey please ye bata dain k Social sites, like ********, Twitter, etc. ko apney office k computer per kesey block kiya jaey??

Yani main chahta hoon k main ye sites chala sakoon magar koi aur merey computer per net to use ker sakey magar in sites ko access na ker sakey.....
Please experts help me........ I need the reply quick.
Mera staff her waqt in sites ko access ker raha hota hey.......

Koi asaan tareeqa, koi password ta k ye log access na ker sakain.
