Internet Connection lost after installing hotspot shield?

Dear Experts.

After I install Hotspot shield, the internet connection icon shows its renewing connection, then the yellow triangle appears on the connection icon in the task bar, due to which I am unable to access internet.
When I uninstall the program (Hotspot Shield) the internet connection returns back and works normally.
I am using Windows XP SP2.

Any help??

Can you tell me which type of internet are you using, Broadband or ?? I might be able to help you because I had come across a similar problem recently

jab hum koi proxy use karty hain pc pe yah laptop pe to woh humaray browsers ki settings chng kar daiti hai...jis ki wajah se net ki access to show hoti ha per net chalta nahi hai....so is ka liye jab b yeh use karain to apnay browser main proxy settings ki aik option hoti hai usay disable kar diya karain....net chal jaye ga...

Click your Local Area Connection and go to properties then uncheck Hotspot shield helper driver then click ok and your local area connection will restore and enjoy...
