Ap apne system ka VGA Card check kren..
agr 32 mb se kam hai to GTA voice city nhi chale gi..

Go to Properties and see screen shot

jahan par 96 likha hai wahan par ap k system ka VGA card ka size likha hoga
agr size kam hai to market sy new vga card apne system me lgwa lein ok
