Qmobile Q8 internal drive(memory) problam help

I have Qmobile Q8 Enigma. Yesterday i accidentally formatted the two drives (mass storage + Phone moemory(73 MB)) of this set by laptop. Now i am getting lots of error and my Phone internal memory is not getting detected by the phone. laptop k through phone memory formate krny sy phone ki internal memory gaaib ho gyi ha pls help. Few errors which i get are:

"Not Enough Memory"
"Invalid Sector Size"
"Insufficient Memory"

Please guide me how can i resolve this problem through my Laptop.

Bahi data cable k through laptop k sath attach kr k memory card or phone ki internal memory dono ko format kia tu ye masla ho gya. window7 main jesy normally drive ko format krty hain wesy he kia.

Aur Kya Koi App Open Karte Waqt Error Ate Hain??????

ye jo main ny 3 error upar batye hain yehe error aty hain apps , message etc open krny sy,

Brother May Be Aap Ka Software Brick Ho Gaya Hai Aap Ne System Files Ko Delete Kar Diya Hai.
