Online Mobile Lost Report at CPLC Online Complaint Form at CPLC: http://www.cplc.org.pk/
imei_form.php OR Call CPLC (Citizen Police Liaison Committee) 021-35662222 Police (Rescue 15) 15 PTA (Pakistan Telecom Authority) 0800-25625 Make sure that you have IMEI number
along with your basic information to
report a mobile lost / stolem report.
Once complain is enrolled, all the
mobile operators will block this mobile
with IMEI on their networks. So nobody in Pakistan will be able to use
this mobile. OR Fax Fax your complaint to CPLC 021-35683336 OR Email Send an email to PTA imei@pta.gov.pk What is IMEI IMEI is an identification number
unique to every GSM mobile set. It is
    usually printed at following places:
1- Mobile Box in which mobile is
packed at the time of purchase.
2- Under the mobile phone battery 3- On mobile warranty card.
4- Dail *#06# from mobile phone to
get IMEI. The IMEI number is used by the GSM
    network to identify valid mobile
devices. It is used to stop stolen
    mobile phones from accessing the
network. So if your mobile is stolen, you need to
give call to Authorities and instruct
them to "block" the your stolem
phone using its IMEI number. So your
mobile will be useless, even if the sim
    in the mobile is changed.
