Remember these tips
Live a healthy and tenssion free life
DonT drink water after having meal
Always take care of ur bowls, take laxatives for constipation
Dont sleep after having meal until unless it is completely digested
Dont make sexual intercourse after having meal until unless i is desolved
Take care of ur diets, it must be balance diet, by all means
Take brakefast must daily but a littlebit, then try to avoid having great lunch and try to sleep in afternoon having a small lunch, then on evening have a small dinner, but early evening not late night
Always avoid soft drinks and alchohl
