    Thumbs up Exel short key

    * F1 Open the Help dialog box.

    * F2 Edit active cell, position insertion point at the end of the line.

    * F3 Paste a defined name into a formula.

    * F4 Do the last function in the current active cell.

    * F5 Display the Go To dialog box.

    * F6 Move to next panel.

    * F7 Spell check.

    * F8 Turn on extending selection.

    * F9 Calculate sheets in all open workbooks.

    * F10 Make the menu bar active.

    * F11 Insert a new chart worksheet.

    * F12 Save workbook.

    * Ctrl+0 Hide columns

    * Ctrl+1 Format cell.

    * Ctrl+5 Apply or remove text strikethrough.

    * Ctrl+6 Alternate between hiding and displaying objects.

    * Ctrl+7 Show or hide the Standard toolbar.

    * Ctrl+8 Display or hide outline symbols.

    * Ctrl+9 Hide rows.

    * Ctrl+A Select all cells.

    * Ctrl+B Apply or remove the bold text formatting.

    * Ctrl+C Copy cells to clipboard.

    * Ctrl+D Fill down.

    * Ctrl+F Find text.

    * Ctrl+H Find and replace.

    * Ctrl+I Apply or remove the italic text formatting

    * Ctrl+N

    Open new workbook.

    * Ctrl+P

    Print selection/worksheet/workbook.

    * Ctrl+R Fill to the right.

    * Ctrl+S Save document.

    * Ctrl+U Apply or remove text underline.

    * Ctrl+V Paste contents of cell to clipboard.

    * Ctrl+X Cut contents of cell.

    * Shift+F2 Add comment to the cell.

    * Shift+F3 Add a formula from the list that is displayed.

    * Shift+F4 Toggle between cells, especially useful when inserting a cell address into a formula.

    * Shift+F5 Display the Find dialog box.

    * Shift+F6 Move to the previous pane.

    * Shift+F11 Insert new worksheet.

    * Alt+F1 Create chart.

    * Alt+F2 Save workbook.

    * Alt+F4 Close Excel.

    * Alt+F8 Display the macro dialog box.

    * Ctrl+F3 Define a name.

    * Ctrl+F4 Close active document.

    * Ctrl+F5 Restore the active window size.

    Toggle between displaying values and formulas.

    Delete a row, column, or cell

    Move to next cell that has text or end of the row/column.

    * Ctrl+Shift+!

    Format the cell as number with 2 decimal places.

    * Ctrl+Shift+$

    Format the cell as currency with 2 decimal places.

    * Ctrl+Shift+%

    Format the cell as percentage with 0 decimal places.

    * Ctrl+Home

    Go to cell A1.

    * Ctrl+End

    Select the last cell in the used range.

    * Ctrl+Page Up

    Move to the next worksheet tab towards the left.

    * Ctrl+Page Down Move to the next worksheet tab towards the left.

    * Ctrl+Shift+End Select from active cell to last cell in the used range.

    * Ctrl+Shift+Home

    Select from active cell to the first cell, that is, A1.

    * Ctrl+Shift+Plus Sign Insert blank cells.

    * Ctrl+Drag sheet tab to right Insert a duplicate worksheet

    * Type text in formula bar Insert a floating text block on a chart.

    * Drag+Holding right mouse button Display menu with copying/shifting options.
