IP Address hack problem. (Plz Help)

Dear Friends, Last week I installed a software namely "Malwarebytes, Anti Malware" on the direction of my colleague/computer teacher. The software shows this type of pop up in task bar after a very short interval of time (showed in picture below). when I check IP's on the site " https://ipdb.at". It always shows that someone tried to access to my computer. Plz tell me how can I hide my IP address to avoid the access of hackers/malicious websites.

Bhai koi ap k ip ko access nhin kar raha balke apka apna software utorrent kisi site se connect hone ki koshish kar raha he. Wo site apke anti-malware program k khayal main trusted nhin he, aur access block kar deta he.

Apne utorrent se exit ho jaen ya esse uninstall kar dain apki problem solve ho jae g.
