How to repair Virus Affected MS Office Files???

Dear All,
Asslam-o-Alikum

A few days ago, win:32 Runouce-E (TRJ) entered into my computer.

The virus was detected by the Avast Anti virus soon after it entry and Avast deleted all .exe files (my software collection) assuming them infected.

There were some important software, so i used recovery software and recovered the deleted files.

Now when i checked my Word, Excel, Power point, Access, .HTML files, they are just destroyed. I just want my files recovered / repaired back.Is there any tool / way to do so???
