Windows 7 installation k doran jab main install now pay click krta hu to yeh error ata ha

"A required cd/dvd device driver is missing.If you have a driver floppy disk,cd,dvd or usb flash drive.please insert it now."

drivers ki disc dalta hu to driver b pick nai krta.
maine win 7 ki disc change kr k b try kia us pay b ye hi error aa rha hai.
windows xp install ho jati ha.
Plz help.
