Go to File menu---click on Save as---Then click Tools---General option and give the your passward---ok

Thanks for response but this method not created User ID and Pasword this is for just pasword protection to excel file
User ID and Paswords are created in VB or with Macro when we open excel file a window open in which require Username and also pasword

Save k button k sath Tools ka ek button hota ha.....

us main "General Options" par click kar k

Password to Open k box main apna password dain and
save kar lain..

Dear Friend kia ye possible he k excel file un copy able ho ya phir jeb bhe koi excel file ko copy karey to file ka pasword chang ho jaey .

Dear is method se pasword to set ho jata hey but Login Name field creat ni ho sakti me ney pehly kaha k excel ID awr Pasword field VB me banti hey?????
