If your DVD burner supports SecurDisc, then yes, you can stop piracy. With Nero 9, you`ll find a "Create SecurDisc CD/DVD". This allows the burner to lock a CD/DVD so it would be only available for reading, and disallows copying files. You also have to configure the "Nero Burn Rights" before making a Secure Disc CD/DVD.
