    Salam Dosto,
    Mujhay ek aur help darker hai agar koi dost help kar skay to please,

    Attached file me 2 sheets hain jin pe work karna hai,
    Sheet number two me mujhay yeh function chaheye k mera text cursor sirf 3 cells me move karay jo k mai ne yellow kar diye hain, aur aik cell se next cell me enter press karne se jaye ya tab press karne se, magar jese hi last cell jo k weight ka hai, us me mai value put kar k enter ya tab job hi key ap set kar dain press akroon to cursor wapis item name me aa jaye, aur jo aik item ki detail mai ne darj ki the uski ek list neechay generate hoti rahay, aur seriel number bhi auto generate hotay rahain, jab mai tmama entries complete kar loon to jo details neechay list me aa chukay hain, unki same detail sheet 1 me bhi aa jaye aur print sample sheet 1 jessa ho, sheet 1 me jo function darkar hai wo yeh hai k sheet 1 me sirf utnay hi serial numbers generate hon jitney items enter kiye gaye hain, aur us se neechay jo blank cells hon wo print nahon, yeh kaam agar excel seet me ho jaye to bahut behter, agar es me mumkin na ho to please access me isi qism ka database bna kar day diya jaye,
    Jahan Print likha hai wahan print ki command bhi chaheye

    Ek aur baat, gate pass number, agar gate pass number bhi auto method e chalay to kia hi baat hai, yeh number daily bases per bhi ho saktay hain, yani sirf aaj ke prints cunt kar k generate hon gate pass k numbers…

    1. sheet 2 me sirf 3 jaga movement hom D6, D8 and H8 me.
    2. H8 me typing ke bad jab main enter ya tab press karun to cursor wapi d6 pe chala jaye aur teeno culumns blank ho jayen magar jo pehle enter kia tha, wo neechay table me add ho jaye.
    3. isi tarteeb se mai jitnay items ki detail enter karun neechay table me automatically add hoti rahay.
    4. jab mai tmam items enter kar loon to sheet me hi print pe click karun to mai sheet 1 me shift ho jaun,
    5. sheet 1 me wo tmam details enter ho jese k sheet 2 k table me enter hue the, yeh kam is equal to formula k zariye kia ja skta hai.
    6. ab print hum sheet 1 ka nikalain gay, magar
    7. sheet 1 k table me jitni entries hon sirf wohi print hon aur last entry ka bad total qty/weight wali line print ho mtlb blank rows print na hon.

    M n pahly bhe aap ka thread prha tha aur smjh na aane ki waja sa rply nahee kya tha. Aur wo confusion ab bhe ha. Bahar Hal

    No. 1& 2: Cursor ko restrict krne k leye.
    aap jin jin cells m move krna chahte hain unhe select krain (by pressing Control+ mouse click)----> right Click Karain---->Format Cell--->Protection k Tab m Jain------>Locked k check ko uncheck Krain----OK kr k bahar ajain.

    Review K Tab m jain-----> Protect sheet p Click Krain----> Options m sa sirf Unlocked cell ko check rahne dain. baqi sab ko unchek krain. Aur password Laga lain.

    aab aap k srf unlock cell he m cursor move kre ga baqi kisi cell m nahee jai ga.

    Mera mashwara aap ko ya ho ga k aap merge cell use na karain.

    Aap apne SNo, Item, QTY,Weight aur agar chahain tu date aur gate pass bhe add kr sakte hain. k column Bana lain.

    Excel k File Menu k pass aik Quick access tool ka drop down ho ga. is p click krain----> More Command p Click Krain---->Choose command from k drop down sa "COmmand Not in the Ribbon" Select Krain----->Aur List m sa "FORM" search kr k "ADD" Ok press krain.

    Aab aap notice krainge k Excel k top p short cut menu m FORMS ka menu be add ho gaya ho ga. APne table jo aap na banaya ha is m rahte hoe forms p click krain. EXCEL automatic DATA entry ka FORM open kr de ga. Ab aap is m srif entry krte jain aur data aap k table m add hota rahe ga.

    TRY this method instead jo aap ki original requirement ha, Q K us m coding use ho gi aur aap ki excel VBA p command nahee tu aap k leye hamesha masle rahainge. Me aap k leye ya recommend krta hon baqi aap khod faisla kr lain.

    DATA dosre sheet p lejana koi itna masla nahee ha is leye filhal us p dehan na dain. AAp dekh lain data entry k leye jo munasib method lage.

    ab agar kuch mazed changes ho jayen to mera masla mukaml solve hojaye ga.
    1. gate pass number kese enter karun, agar uska bhi aik column bna loon to har baar mujhe enter karna hoga,es ke elawa koi methd ho to please giude me.
    2. for example 10 entris ki hain. unka total (total items, total qty, total weight) yeh last me kese enter karun k mujhe har bar likhna na paray,
    3. total ki rows k bad signature option bhi add karna hai,
    4. agr kisi alag sheet me date wise ya gate pass wise complete reprt bn jaye to mujhay gate pass ki aik copy nikalni paray gi, account office me wo report bhaij kar kaam chal jaye ga.
    .
    ya en options ke elewa in/out ka record maintain karne ka koi behter tareeqa ho to wo bta dain. jis pe mehnat kam se kam aur benefit ziada ho.

    Use Pivot Table for your reporting or Gate Pass. See the attached Sheet. AGar aap Pivot Table k sath Familiar Nahee hain tu. visit http://www.itdunya.com/t137440/. srf Chalan ki jaga aap ka gate pass ban jae ga.

    Dosra Excel m Built in Koi function ya command nahee ha k automatic jahan aap ka text khatam ho wahan p automatic aap ka text aa jae. Except VBA ya coding k. Lkn wo aap k leye masla ho ga q k aap ko VBA p command nahee M agar code lekh bhe don tu future m jab aap ise use karian ge tu problem aae gi aur phr is k leye preshan rahainge. Is leye aap ya khod manual adjust kar leya karain.
