How to get/know original specifications of computer system

I want to buy a new computer, and there are many cheaters
in market

. I don,t know how to know original specifications of a computer system. I heard that shopkeepers change the computer specifications with software's and with any registry method

... by this method, computer do not show the original hardware specifications, but shows that specifications that are set through software, but computer speed is of original hardware.

So is there is any method to know about original hardware specifications like processor, hard disk, ram, graphic card etc...

Is BIOS shows original specifications if a person changed the specifications with software??
There are many software that tells about system specification like cpu-z, WinAudit etc.. is that tells original specifications after chaining specifications with software or by editing registry???

آپ اپنے سسٹم میں یہ سافٹ وئیر انسٹال کریں پھر اس کو چلائیں یہ ساری انفارمیشن بتا دے گا کہ سسٹم میں کیا کیا ہے

Yeah i heard about this issue but only in KPK... Neithr in Islamabad, i face such issue nor in Rawalpindi.. So this problm is only in chor bazars.. otherwise u dont need to worry about this..
2ndly u cant trust a softwre.. If u want to buy with such fear.. take a hardware exprt... he will guide u betr..
3rd if u dont have a hardwr exprt.. Simply buy your computr from 1 shop and check the hardwre spec from other.

Bhai aik to jo bhai ne btaya hai start menu main ja kar type karein dxdiag.
Display k liye ap gpu_z software install karo.
Cpu k liye cpu_z wala software.
Ram wagera ki info k liye.
My computer pe right click kar k properties main jao.

Kuch b nahi hota lala, just buy your sytem.. ye mai ne ram k baray ai suna tha baqi kisi hardware ka nahi suna... Ap Ram nikal k kisi b dukan se chek karwa laina ap ki confusion door ho jaye gi.. wo ram ko dekh hi bata dain gay k ye konsi hai....

Agar ap ko hard disk k sath confusion hai to window install kartay waqt hard disk k tamam partitions ko delete kar do phr dubara bana lo pata lag jaye ga k kinay GB ki hai...

Shop walay b jantay hain k agar hum ne kisi ik customer k sath b aisa kia aur os ko pata chal gaya to 10 customers baag jayen gay so aisa kuch b nahi kartay..
