Stuck very badly

Salam guys. Because of my younger brother previous blunders, time wasting on useless things, now he is facing the consequences. Basically he just a Fsc right now. After doing his fsc he started bcom and failed it and never went back.no one was there to guide him. infact he said he cleared it. Then he started acca he said he is going well but inreallity he was not giving papers he was stuck in f2 he gave it multiple times but kept failing it at 45-50 marks.he then stopped and after 3 years he started again he passed f1 and f3 in single attempt. And again stucked in f2. Now due to no job he is getting very frustrated. I was thinking to put him back in bcom and help him to clear it. But he is 29 now.
I want to know is it possinle to give bcom exams in single year? Because 2 years is long for him at the moment.
So let me know what are our options here as I want to put him in job as soon as possible.
