Yar ager investment hai to btao nai hai to blogger use karo, investment hai to koi HTML ki zaroorat nai domain lo ( website k name ko domain kehty hain) or free hosting py WordPress install kar lo or posting start kar do.
is se simple alfaz me main nai bta sakta
