    Default PTCL Wingle Urgent help needed

    I am in urgent need of some help regarding my evo wingle firmware problem. I recently purchased evo wingle with eid package, but unfortunately i downgraded it with the old firmware which i previously downloaded from ptcl official website but now it is not available on their website. After it i got some error and now my device is not working and i want to revert back it to its origional firmware/software. I also tried reset option on the device through reset key on but it also failed. I googled for latest firmware but unable to find it. even i got nothing even on Huawei website.I am waiting for your kind reply and expertise on this problem.Thanks in advance

    My device is Huawei :Ec315 Modem
    Old firmware version is(which i have) :11.102.59.00.172
    I need current firmware version :11.102.65.00.172
